Terms and conditions


Please read carefully as when making a booking you agree to the following:

Onsite Training:

  • A room large enough so your employees can be trained comfortably (Theory)
  • If machinery training is being carried out, suitable space and equipment must be provided along with the equipment’s in date safety certification. (Practical)
  • Have a TV, Monitor or Projector available for the trainer to deliver PowerPoints/Videos via their own laptop. (Theory)
  • Supply your employees with Pens/Pencils and Paper for taking notes. (All books and training materials will be supplied by Hampshire Training Ltd)

Payments, Cancelations & Refunds:

  1. Payment of the full balance for the course is due within 14 days of the start of the course.
  2. You may request to cancel your training for a full refund, up to 14 days before the date and time of the training. Cancellations between 1-14 days before the event may be transferred to a different date/time of the same course. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer. When you register for a training course, you agree to these terms.
  3. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your course you will be offered the choice of a refund or of rescheduling of the date at a mutually convenient time.
  4. Attendance for the full duration of the course is a requirement of the certification of your qualification. Failure to attend may be considered to be a cancellation on your part.
  5. Hampshire Training Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your possessions during a course. We will not be held liable for any injury or loss occurring during a course unless such can be proved to be due to an error or omission on the part of Hampshire Training Ltd.
  6. Photographic or video recording of any courses is strictly prohibited.
  7. If you make a booking on behalf of someone else, you must make them aware of these terms and conditions.
  8. If onsite training is being carried out, our Trainer/Instructor will require parking to allow for loading/unloading of equipment, if onsite parking is not available any costs incurred for parking will be invoiced separately. (Our trainer/instructor will always try to utilise free parking wherever posable.)
